John Sprengelmeyer is a co-creator of Maskerade, alongside (filmmaker & actor) Kevin Smith and Andy McElfresh. Maskerade was the inaugural title from Secret Stash Press, Kevin Smith’s imprint at Dark Horse Comics. Additionally, John illustrated the full interiors of issues #1–4 and created the covers for all eight issues (#1–8), establishing the series’ visual identity from launch through its conclusion. The series is collected in two volumes, Maskerade Volumes 1 & 2. In addition to his work on Maskerade, John also created multiple covers for other Secret Stash Press titles.
